Special French Roulette Rules
La Partage: Players can use La Partage Rule when placing even money wagers to protect themselves against landing a zero. La Partage applies whenever the ball lands on zero, and any even-money wagers you placed will be split into two, and half of your original bet will be returned.
Announced Bet – In this case, many of the numbers are covered by the bet – for example, the voisins du zéro bet covers almost half of the wheel section. The bets are announced on an oval area of the mainboard. The French bet refers to the laydown of your chips at specific points on the racetrack to indicate the specific numbers your bet will cover.

Neighbour Bets – There are five numbers included in these bets; choose a number, and the two numbers to its left and right will automatically be included in the bet. For instance, if you bet on zero (0) and the neighbours, your bet would include 3, 26, 0, 32, and 15. In a $5 bet, $1 would be staked on each number. A stake of $5 is divided up into five portions on each number.

French Roulette Odds and Payouts
The payout on French Roulette is the same as that on any variant; you win if the number determined by the wheel matches your chosen bet or bets. According to the paytable, you win the amount shown. Betting odds differ with different bets due to the number of numbers involved and the difficulty in landing that outcome.
Players can win with the best odds, with Voisins du Zero, which offers odds of 45.9%, followed by Tiers du Cylindre, which offers odds of 32.4%. The odds offered by Orphelins are 24.3%, and Jeu Zéro is 18.9%.
It can lower the house edge on even-money bets to just 1.3% because it returns half the player’s stake on any losing even-money bet when the wheel results in a zero.
French Roulette RTP
An RTP percentage indicates the number of money players can expect to get back from their bets over time; it indicates the return they can expect from their wagers. If the RTP is 98.65%, it means, throughout a game, for every $100 wagered, the player will receive $98.65 in winnings. This is based on all participants and all bets, so it does not necessarily reflect every player’s experience.
For even-money bets on French Roulette, such as black or red or odds or evens, the return is 98.65%. For all other bets, it is 97.30%. Even money bets have a higher RTP due to the special La Partage rule, which returns half of your bet if the wheel lands on zero and they lose an even-money wager.
